What is the H&M return policy?

Question

I bought a jumper from there but i've noticed it has a hole in it but i've taken the tag. I still have the receipt will they still accept it or can't I take it back?

    They offer an exchange or refund by the original payment method on garments with a receipt within 30 days of the original purchase date. Without a receipt or after 30 days refunds will be issued as a store credit, at the current selling price, in the form of a merchandise credit card. Valid Photo ID required for all returns without a receipt."

With the recipt it is 30 days for a full return or exchange with garment in original condition. If you paid with a card, you must have that same card with you to get the $ back on the card (ex Visa) or you'll be given a merchandise card. After 30 days, you will be given the refund at the current selling price (so if the garment is on sale, you'll get the sale and not the full price). You can only get the refund with a merchandise card after 30 days. You can always do an even exchange.

Yes they will take it back as long as you have the receipt and the tags.

They will give you the money back if you bought it with in the last 30 days.
