I have a manager who is shite at her job but higher management wont get rid of her without a valid reason even though they know she s shite?

She has had loads of complaints from staff and customers and staff refuse to work with her... wonder why they don t just get rid of her

Because unless it is gross misconduct they are afraid she will take them to an Employment Tribunal.

I hate to say this, but this is the type of person that often gets promoted. I have seen it happen too many times to say otherwise.
